Person-Centred Counselling, Tailored to You
I offer person-centred counselling that meets you exactly where you are, with empathy, acceptance, and respect for your unique experiences. I specialise in supporting autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic individuals, creating a space where your differences, needs, and communication styles are fully acknowledged and valued.
Together, we work at your pace, guided by your goals and comfort, as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I aim to support your personal growth, self-understanding, and sense of wellbeing, always respecting that you are the expert on your own life.
I offer Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, as a gentle, body-based way to support emotional balance and wellbeing. EFT works with the body’s energy points to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and create space for processing emotions and experiences, all without reliving or retelling your story.
You can experience EFT in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you: either guided to tap for yourself, or with me supporting the process in a pre-agreed, consent-led way. Many people find EFT helpful for managing anxiety, overwhelm, or intense emotions, and it can also be a practical tool to use outside of sessions.
This approach is fully person-centred, meaning your pace, preferences, and needs always guide the work. EFT can help you reconnect with your body, regulate emotions, and support gentle, lasting personal growth.
